If the item you received isn't quite right, here is everything you need to know about exchanges and returns:

1. Product Exchange

• You may exchange an item within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

• Exchanges will be processed only if the item is in brand new condition, has not been used, bears its original tags, and is free of any defects.

2. Transaction Cancellation & Refunds

• In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law (Remote Sales), a transaction may be canceled for a refund within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Cancellation Fees: Upon canceling a transaction (not due to a defect), a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted, plus any credit card clearing fees if applicable.

• Refund Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order within 14 business days from the moment the item reaches us and passes inspection.

3. Essential Conditions for Return/Exchange

• Item Condition: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been used, perfumed, cleaned, or had its tags removed.

• Packaging: Returns must be sent back in their original box only!

• Swimwear: * Swimwear purchased on the website may be returned provided the hygienic liner (sticker) has not been removed and the product is in absolutely new condition.

• Items that have been used, perfumed, cleaned, or are not in their original box will not be accepted.

• Shipping Costs: The cost of shipping the item back to us for an exchange or refund is the responsibility of the customer and stands at ₪40.
