1. General

• This website serves as a virtual store for the sale of beachwear, swimwear, and accessories.

• Use of the feminine pronoun in these regulations is for convenience only and refers to all genders.

• Product images on the site are for illustration purposes only; slight variations in shades may occur due to screen settings and lighting differences.

2. Cancellation and Returns Policy (In accordance with Consumer Protection Law)

In a remote sales transaction (online purchase), the customer is entitled to cancel the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to the following conditions:

• Product Condition: Returns or exchanges will be permitted only if the product is in completely new condition, has not been used, bears its original tags, and is free of any defects.

• Swimwear: Swimwear purchased on the site may be returned provided the hygiene sticker has not been removed and the item has not been used. Any product returned without the hygiene sticker or with signs of use (scent, sunscreen stains, sand) will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

• Cancellation Fees: Upon cancellation of a transaction (not due to a defect or non-conformity), a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100 (whichever is lower) will be deducted, as per Israeli law.

• Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the product to us is the responsibility of the customer. You may return the item independently to our shop or order a courier pickup service for a fee of ₪40.

3. Sale Items

• According to the law, the right to cancel within 14 days also applies to items purchased on sale.

• However, in the case of an exchange, the exchange period for Sale items may be limited to 5 business days from the date of receipt.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery time is 4 business days.

• The business is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company, but we will be available to assist you with any issues that arise.

5. Data Security and Privacy

• The site is secured with SSL technology for safe transactions.

• Credit card details are not stored on the site’s systems and are transferred directly to the clearing company.

• We commit not to transfer your details to third parties (except to the courier company for delivery purposes).

6. Limitation of Liability

• The business is not responsible for damage caused to a product as a result of use not in accordance with the washing instructions (e.g., machine washing a swimsuit that requires hand washing, exposure to strong stain removers, etc.).

We are so excited about your new purchase! To ensure your beachwear/swimwear remains perfect for a long time and accompanies you through many moments of sun and freedom, here are some tips for proper care:

🌊 After visiting the Sea or Pool

• Rinse in cold water: Always rinse your swimwear in cold water immediately after use to remove residues of chlorine, salt, and sand.

• Beware of Sunscreen: Oils and creams can stain the fabric. Try to avoid direct contact between them and the delicate fabric.

🧼 How to Wash?

• Hand wash only: We recommend hand washing in cold water with a small amount of gentle soap.

• No Machine, No Dryer: The washing machine can damage the elasticity of the fabric and the colors, and the dryer is the "enemy" of swimwear.

• Dry in the shade: Dry the item by laying it flat in a shaded area. Direct sunlight over time may fade the color.

⚠️ Important to Know

• Rough Surfaces: Avoid sitting directly on rocks or rough pool edges – this can cause "pilling" (raised fibers) in the fabric.

• Returns & Exchanges: A reminder that exchanges or returns are only possible when the item is in its original condition, with the tag and hygiene sticker (for swimwear) intact, and with no signs of use.
